When an open fire is used, you must expect smoke for about one hour whilst the coals are reaching temperature and then, cooking the chestnuts will last for a further two hours as long as the coals are glowing.
When requested (in advance) the Roasted Chestnuts vendor can cook a variety of nuts in a Grand Marnier Liqueur coating.
